EFMI has a long tradition in working groups (WG) which organize and support events and projects on a European basis but also worldwide in close cooperation with national and international WGs and institutions. The EFMI council has extended the model of WGs during MIE2011 in Oslo by Project Groups (PG). PGs are established for 3 years. When the concept of the project group proves to be successful there is an option to become a working group of EFMI.
